Viking Rentals was founded on the simple idea that using a portable toilet should not be an unpleasant experience. We aim to make a visit to our toilets as dignified as possible.

Company Directors

Jim Noort Jim is the founder and Managing Director of Viking Rentals. He has a degree in Mechanical Engineering (UQ) and MBA majoring in New Venture Management (QUT). He has professional experience encompassing new product design and development, invention commercialisation, patent law, internet commerce and other diverse fields of business. He founded Viking Rentals after he was supplied a dirty toilet by a well known Australian company.

Mark Sowerby Mark is Managing Director of Blue Sky Private Equity, a strategic investor in Viking Rentals. He has more then a decade of experience in senior management and new venture development. Mark has an MBA, Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment, and a Bachelor of Agricultural Science from leading Australian institutions. He is a member of AICD and FINSIA.
