Terms and Conditions
There is no minimum hire period.
Invoicing is on a monthly basis.
Standard invoice payment terms are 15 days.
Drop-off ($45+gst) and pick up ($45+gst) are included in the first invoice.
Toilets are serviced in a two week cycle.
Any on-demand call-out incurs an additional $50+gst fee. "On-demand" means any service request outside the normal schedule. Viking Rentals will try to service a toilet within 24 hours of an “on demand” service request, however there is no guarantee this will be possible.
Cleaning of a toilet that has been knocked down or blown over incurs a $75+gst fee.
Servicing includes tank pumpout (if required), cleaning of exposed surfaces, chemical dosing, water top-up and restocking with toilet paper.
Please specifically request if you need crane-liftable toilets.
Excessive graffiti, paint splatter or concrete splatter will result in a $50 cleaning fee. Please make an effort to ensure your painters and concreters clean up any splatter.
It is the customer’s responsibility to guard the equipment against theft, damage and negligence until it is returned to Viking Rentals. Lost, damaged or stolen property will be charged to the customer at current replacement costs. The customer will pay all costs of repairing any damage caused by the ordinary use of the Equipment or damage caused by negligence of the Customer or the Customer’s agent or by vandalism by others. |
