1. Full payment prior to or upon delivery. 2. We absorb the cost of “wear and tear” damage that can be reasonably expected. 3. Destroyed or stolen toilets will be invoiced at replacement cost. 4. This pricing is on the basis of all toilets being grouped together. 5. Normal working hours include daylight hours Monday to Friday and Saturday morning, excluding public holidays. If you require delivery or pickups outside these hours and this has not been clarified then please contact us. 6. The toilets must be placed within 10 metres of truck access so the pumpout hose can reach when we pickup. 7. We manually trolley the toilet into position. We need at least 1.5 metres wide and 2.5 metres high through gates etc. 8. It is the truck drivers decision to cross wet/boggy earth or slippery grassy slopes. Please be aware of this if rain has preceded the event and please have alternative placement arrangements ready. 9. It is the Hirer’s responsibility to ensure adequate access is provided in line with the above conditions. |
